Mr. Wojciech Mazana from Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski offered the Jan Karski Society a unique item related to the extermination of Jews. It is an armband with the Star of David found in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski in the attic of a tenement house intended for demolition. Armbands with the Star of David were a symbol of disgrace and a source of harassment against Jews. The armband will be exhibited at the Institute for the Culture of Encounter Dialogue.
