On the 75th anniversary of the uprising at the Warsaw ghetto the Jan Karski Society joined in the campaign titled ‘Daffodils’, commemorating the heroic uprising. During the two workshops conducted on that day we talked about the uprising in the ghetto. Then, primary school pupils, who accepted our invitation, made paper daffodils, a symbol of memory, whereas high school students presented them to Kielce residents in Sienkiewicza Street, next to the Jan Karski bench.
The workshop was attended by 60 people.
