Lectures on ‘History and Philosophy of Hasidism’ delivered by Symcha Keller

The celebrations of the Day of Judaism started with a three-hour lecture by Symcha Keller entitled ‘History and Philosophy of Hasidism’. Much attention was devoted to Hasidic mysticism, various prayer methods and the impact of spiritual formation on the people’s attitude towards everyday life. Our guest presented documentaries on different celebrations and holidays in Israel and the USA depicted from within the Jewish communities. The meeting was part of our program titled ABCs of Judaism for Christians.
