During the next meeting under the project entitled ABCs of Judaism for Christians Symcha Keller, a well-known cantor and Jewish activist, introduced the audience to Hassidism – a religious movement within Judaism, which was initiated in the area of today’s Ukraine in the 17th century. The audience learned about its main objectives and most important Hassidic figures.
