On the second day of Kielce Christian-Jewish Meetings we invited to the Institute for the Culture of Encounter and Dialogue Fr. Professor Alfred Marek Wierzbicki, author of the book entitled ‘Kruche dziedzictwo Jana Pawła II od nowa’ [Fragile Heritage of John Paul II Anew]. The book is composed of almost thirty essays whose main theme revolves around the role of changes in the Church triggered by the Second Vatican Council and the heritage of John Paul II. During the meeting the guest emphasised the historical role played by the declaration Nostra Aetate in relation to Catholic-Jewish dialogue.
