On Tuesday, November 19, at the Institute of the Culture of Encounter and Dialogue the Bruno Schultz Evening was held in order to commemorate the 77th anniversary of the writer’s death. Professor Miroslaw Wojcik spoke with Wojciech Walkiewicz about the symbolism implicit in the film entitled “Mask”, references to the works of Bruno Schulz and generally about the artist’s works. The audience listened to fragments of “Cinnamon Shops” and “Sanatorium Under the Sign of the Hourglass” interpreted by Andrzej Cempura.
