A meeting with Marta Titaniec

‘Although it is a city of rubble, I left Aleppo full of hope, life, resilience, perseverance and prayer’, said Marta Titaniec, head of the Foreign Projects Office, Caritas Poland, during a meeting which was held at the Institute for the Culture of Encounter and Dialogue on 6 April. Marta Titaniec visited Aleppo after she had accepted an invitation of a local bishop, in order to find out how the Caritas Poland Programme ‘Family to Family’ was being implemented. During the meeting, photographs taken in the city destroyed during the civil was which has lasted for more than 4 years were presented.
